Personas mayores participan del taller de gimnasia en el centro 3 de Julio de la Fundación Cerro Navia Joven.

Muy importante es realizar actividad física de manera constante, para favorecerse de los beneficios del ejercicio como lo son fortalecimiento muscular, mejor flexibilidad, más ánimo y energía para realizar AVD y también compartir una experiencia con otras personas, favoreciendo el vínculo social⭐️
